Working alongside me as your mentor will give you access to my business experience, hindsight, ideas, solutions and suggestions for your business.
This is one of my most popular services. Many business founders prefer to engage the services of a mentor to fast track their success. Some prefer a mix of mentoring with business advice. The individual person decides how we work together based on what is best for them and their business objectives. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Each business needs unique individual attention with different approaches.
Real Time Support
Having regular mentoring supports a founder with decision making, enabling them to chat through what’s happening within their business in ‘real time’ each month, as situations or opportunities crop up.
Having a sounding board to discuss confidential information or big decisions, information that you cannot discuss with senior team members or employees, is very important and valuable.
Chatting regularly to somebody who you trust, is experienced, available to focus on only you, can bring impartiality to your business, is essential. It will help you sort out decisions in your own mind before reporting back any changes to your team.
Important to have a ‘confidante’
If you work alone, it is even more important to have a ‘confidante’, someone you can explore new ideas with and benefit from their suggested solutions and past experiences.
